Voices for the Voiceless:
Advocating Mental Health

Who are we?

Committed and passionate, we are an NGO dedicated to protecting and advocating for the mental health of displaced or exiled populations.

Our team consists of seasoned mediators and renowned psychiatrists specialized in war medicine and psychotraumatology.

With expertise honed on the most challenging fields—from Kosovo to Turkey, through Somalia, Yemen, and many other crisis regions—we step in where the need is greatest, offering support and hope amidst the deepest human distress.

What We Do?

Our mission is critical: we engage with displaced or refugee populations to assess and enhance their mental health, among both youth and adults, aligning with World Health Organization standards.

We document these findings to advocate for their right to well-being and seek reparations for civilian victims of armed conflicts.

Our efforts include promoting mental health on an equal footing with physical health in all our expert reports and advocacy.

We offer a variety of specialized programs such as TraumaLing, ExiLing, and EduConflit, tailored to the specific psychopathologies encountered.

Choose a program, and entrust us with its evaluation and follow-up, both medical (psychotrauma) and legal (restorative justice).

How Do We Do It?

We provide a comprehensive service that spans from assessment to restoration, including legal monitoring and medical care.

Once commissioned, our expert team deploys to the field, initiating a thorough mental health evaluation through detailed interviews and comprehensive psychometric testing.

A detailed report is then prepared and forwarded to our emergency psycho-medical unit, ensuring ongoing care for the most severe cases.

Lastly, our advocacy team steps in to champion the rights of trauma victims, advocating for restorative justice.

With What Tools?

Our expertise is uniquely multidimensional: scientific, technological, and practical.

Our instruments are portable and multilingual, developed from real human case studies, making them perfectly suited for emergency response in crisis or conflict zones.

We utilize cutting-edge psycholinguistic and psychometric tools to assess and document mental health, enabling on-site collection and analysis of victim testimonies directly in their own languages, thus bypassing any need for translation.

These tools have been refined through many years of field experience by our medical and psychotrauma experts.
